MOTHERS' DAY PRE-ORDERS
Celebrate the mothers in your life with pastries from Galette!
We have a limited pre-order menu available and orders will be open until 5pm on May 4th, although individual items may sell out before then. Orders can be placed for pick up on Saturday, May 9th or Sunday, May 10th and you will be asked to select a specific pick up time for your pick up date. There is a separate inventory for each day, so if your desired item is sold out on one day, try looking at the other date.
If you are looking for one of our daily pastries that isn't on the pre-order menu, we will be open from 8am to 2pm on both Saturday and Sunday with our regular offerings available to purchase in the pastry case (along with a few specials)!
Please note that while our full offerings will be available in the shop, we cannot accommodate pre-orders outside of the below limited menu.

Tarte au Citron
Order a French lemon tart to bring home for Mother's Day. A classic hailing from Provence, this tart has a shortcrust base and a lemon filling made with fresh lemons, almond flour and local eggs. Topped with a dusting of powdered sugar, this tart makes for an elegant finish to your meal and pairs especially well with fresh berries. It also keeps well for several days in the refrigerator. Serves 8 to 12 people. The tart contains wheat, milk, egg, and almond.
